With over 40 Vineyards ,Bordeaux boasts of a paradise for wine lovers.
In the morning, you drive to the Chateau de Ferrand, for tasting the Grand Cru Classè de Saint-Emilion. After a private tour, you will be welcomed by Adrien, the sommelier who will introduce you to the art of
tasting - initiation aromas, tasting of 4 vintages and matching food and wine with a cheese plate You have lunch (L1) at L'Envers du Dècor bistro bar, historic wine bar of Saint-Emilion cooking fresh market produce - excluding drinks.
This privileged moment Ferrand Castle includes: a tour of the estate, an assembly shop, a tasting accompanied by cold cuts and lunch "Exhibit of the Butcher." Accompanying this lunch, a glass of Château de Ferrand will be offered to each guest. After lunch, go get your bicycle from the Tourist Office of Saint-Emilion for a bucolic discovery of this mythical village - different routes will be provided. By late afternoon, your driver will take you back to Bordeaux to enjoy your free evening Overnight at hotel.
Breakfast at hotel. By late morning, you are invited to the Castle Siaurac to Nèac, close to Pomerol, to live an immersion day at a Castle. After a private tour of the estate and the park, we book an assembly workshop to reveal the secrets of creating great wines of Bordeaux - Merlot tasting juice, Cabernet Franc and Malbec during aging.
Discover the features of the three grape varieties, of the labor cellar master and that of winemaker. You then create your assembly using a test tube followed by a blind taste variety of wines. You will have lunch (L2)at the Castle enjoying three great wines of the property: Castle Siaurac, Vray Croix de Gay and Priory. By late afternoon, your will be transferred to your hotel. Overnight at Hotel.
Breakfast at hotel. Early departure for the Château de Camarsac in the Entre-Deux-Mers, you will be immersed in the daily life of a winemaker. You will take part in the harvesting for a few hours at the vineyard. At lunchtime L3, a winemaker snack will be specially prepared for you. This eventful day will end with a tour of the property and the dungeon followed by a well deserved tasting the full range of wines from the area. By late afternoon, you will be transferred to your hotel.
Breakfast at the hotel. Later in the the morning, you go to the Medoc in the heart of the prestigious Margaux appellation. You are awaited at the Castle Desmirail Grand Cru Classè Margaux for a visit followed by a tasting of the estate wines. At lunchtime, you will enjoy a picnic lunch L4 at the property. In the afternoon, visit the Château Giscours, third Grand Cru Classè Margaux for a last visit and tasting of wines from the property. Your tasting will be accompanied by a gourmet cheese plate.
Breakfast at the hotel. Leave for Paris. Arrive and then transfer to the Palace of Versailles. Visit of the palace and later, you will enjoy a boat ride on the the River Seine. After the boat ride, transfer to your hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Breakfast at your hotel, rest of the day free for shopping. Later in the evening, transfer to CDG Airport.
